Mike Davis carved damascus fighter with beautiful sheath - great deal

Mike Davis Special project here. This has all the bells and whistles. Forged Damascus, hand engraving, birdseye maple sculpted handle, forged antiqued brass guard. The sheath is incredible as well, carved front and back, rattle snake inlaid -awesome package. It is stunning and the result of many hours of shop work. 12 1/4" overall, 7" blade.

WHERE IS MIKE DAVIS???

I purchased the above knife to bequeath to my now-3-years-old Grandson and am hoping to give him as much information about the knife and its maker as possible. Knives with stories are so much more interesting, especially for future generations!

Lorien, you or any other reader or participant in the initial project might know where Mike Davis is and/or how I might find him. All of my sleuthing efforts thusfar have met with no success. The above link turned me to this priceless thread, but I'm hoping to get more help.
