I have a mint condition Mike Draper small Sandstorm framelock with a damascus blade for sale. This is a great small-to-medium sized framelock, but I've now got my dream Draper folder incoming from BossHoss, and I can't afford to keep both.

Mike calls this smaller-sized Sandstorm the "EZ Carry" model, and this one is the first that he ever made. It is a beauty, with a high contrast 1084 and 15N20 damascus blade, and engraving and texturing on the Ti handles. The titanium used in the handles is 6-6-2, which, according to Mike, is stronger than the standard 6AL4V that is more commonly used. The backspacer is also titanium, and it is engraved with a vine pattern.

This small Sandstorm has never been carried, used, or resharpened, and it still has its original sharp edge from Mike. The lock-up is strong and solid and the action is very smooth.

For payment, I prefer USPS money orders, but I will also accept PayPal and cash (at your own risk). If you are paying by PayPal, I will cover the fees, but the payment has to be sent with a PayPal-confirmed address (including the green "confirmed" marker) listed in the invoice, and I will only ship to that PayPal-confirmed address. I will only accept a personal check if I know you, and I reserve the right to wait for it to clear before I ship.

I will consider trades for custom folders. However, I am not interested in serrated blades, production knives, or fixed blades other than small (less than 5" blade) Hossoms or Russ Andrews at this point in time.

Feel free to post, email, or PM any questions. Thanks for looking!

Cool knife! What exactly is 6-6-2 Titanium? I've heard of 6Al-4V, but I'm not familiar with 6-6-2. Maybe I'll post this question in General.

Hope you got my info on the Scarab.

Daniel

Daniel, 6-6-2 is different from the standard 6AL4V Ti commonly used in knife handles. It's supposedly stronger than 6AL4V. The first "6" stands for 6% Aluminum, the second "6" stands for 6% Vanadium, and the "2" stands for 2% Tin.

I got your info on the Scarab, we are good to go.

The Draper is also now sold.
