Here's a really nice small Model 4 from Mike Obenauf. Blade is a one-of-a-kind shape, handrubbed S30V. Bolsters are damascus(I believe Mike Norris- checking into it), scales and backspacer are ironwood. Blade is about 2.75 inches, overall open is 6.75 inches. No clip on this one. Smooth opening, great lockup and no blade play anywhere. Really nice fit and finish on this one, probably some of Mike's finest work. I'm the original owner and this knife is in new condition.
As some of you may be aware of, Mike has exited the knife business and is no longer making knives. As this is a new condition knife, there's no issues but please be advised should you ever need service for this knife (or any of Mike's knives) it is unlikely that Mike will provide it. The good news it that from a techical standpoint, there's certainly nothing radical about Mike's knives and any competent knifemaker should be able to perform adjustments, repairs, modifications, etc.
