Wanted to let you guys know that Mike is in it to please his customers. I wanted a Protech TR-3, he had it and delivered it himself to my door!! Fortunetly, Mike is on vacation and we both live in Memphis. I couldn't leave my work so Mike and his cute little son made a personal delivery on their vacation time. Guys, it doesn't get any better than this!!!

i agree scott....mike is one of the good guys here on the forums...he really cares about his customers and will do what is needed to please the customer...i just left his house tonight where he helped me package up a couple of items i had on the forum for trade and will be shipping out in the am....i had run out of shipping supplies and he let me pop over to get some and ended up packing it all up for me....he even included shipping labels and insurance forms!! ..and yes little chris was there to help
