Yeah, he generally responds to my e-mail in an hour or less (like 2 minutes once). You will always know if he has the item on backorder or if it has already been shipped. No mystery at all. He gives all the information to you. Service is excellent. Mike is usually the first person I go to now. When I e-mail or call Mike, I feel like I'm talking to friend and not just a salesman (I consider him a friend too).

mike....just wanted to say thanks for getting me those LCC double actions with the plain stonewashed blades....AWESOME!....also enjoyed looking at your ever present great selection of busse combat grade knives and the rest of the microtech lineup and the chris reeve pieces you have on hand....your kitchen table is quite the place that makes me drool!!!....also Harding says thanks again for the delica you gave him tonight...he just wont quit flicking it open and closed....he proudly showed it to his mother as soon as we got back to the house...thanks again...feverdoc

I must give Mike a double thumbs up! I pestered him with numerous e-mails with question after question and he always replied quickly and respectfully.
