This is a Mike Snody custom Tanto Chopper in CPM-10V. I purchased it about 10 years ago. It was sold as blade only. I added some cord wrap on the handle. There is no sheath. Let me know if you have any questions or if you want more pictures.

The grind is asymmetrical. It has primary grind only on one side of the blade. I'm not quite sure what you mean by going all the way around. Please check the pictures. Let me know if you need any other.
