I'm glad I don't live on the east coast, cuz one of these days young Mike is going to be pushed past his boiling point and start lopping limbs off of his fellow knifemakers! :eek: :D

Mikey would have to make a blade larger that 4" to lop anything off first :rolleyes:

Awesome. It's easy to keep even grinds on blades that are only 3/4" long!

Please go find Mikey and point out this thread to him... methinks my PLB is going to be a pinch upset about this one!

Well, all things being equal, the obviously uncomfortable nature of losing a limb would suck no matter what... but the idea of Mike butchering one off with a 3/4" blade is even worse than if it came off in one fell swoop. ;) :D

Wait, wasn't this thread about something else?

Like Mike working on.... Wait, I forget.

He's such a little tramp.


On a side note, folks.... I have two of Mike's blades, one or the other of which is used damn near every day. One of them may be my current favorite knife. If you're a collector, or just want to get in on the ground floor (as they say), you may want to scarf up one of his knives now, before they reach the stratospheric prices they'll likely be in after this little mention!

hey Keith, yeah one of these days i'll get some real picture together and get a web site up. i've been a slacker when it comes to that (i know i'm lining myself up for insults)

on a serious note, thanks for all the help guys. i'm happy to have made it this far. no thanks to mace.

maybe next time i'll get some pictures in blade, and not one of my crazy eye ;)

maybe i should buy one of those spike mangler hunters that i keep manhandling every NCCA show next time i get a chance =) can put it next to my PML chisel point cutter that i've got hehe.
