Very nice deal was done with Mike Turber in getting my item delivered. Originally item was sent via U.S. Mail via Priority Mail which should have taken 2-3 days to get to me. After a couple of weeks went by and the item still wasn't delivered, Mike got me out another one. He sent the second item out on May 18th and I got it the next day! I never did get the first one that was sent and normally you have to wait 30 days before the post office will trace it, but Mike went ahead and re-shipped me out another one in the mean time so I wouldn't have to wait that long. Now that's what I call service!
Mike did mention that the other one did finally show up, back at his doorstep though! Well, there you have it, our mail system at it's finest once again!

P.S. Oh in case anyone is wondering, there really is a Mike Turber and he is one C@@L dude to talk with over the phone, just like here!
