I just received this knife in a trade, and it is really beautiful but I badly need to raise cash to cover home repairs. This is a Mike Vagnino slipjoint in green linen micarta with titanium liners and integral titanium bolsters. The blade is finished in a beautiful hand-rubbed satin. I am the second owner and the previous owner stated it had been pocketed but not cut. I would grade it as B+ at worst. The only flaw I can find is the very, very faintest hint of a snail trail on the pile side bolster near the back corner, visible in the 2nd pic. The pull is 4-5, the walk and talk is very good, and the spring is flush in all 3 positions. There's no blade wobble, no gaps, and the blade is well centered... the fit and finish is right up there with the very best.
Specs:
Blade material: CPM 154
Blade length: 3" with a cutting edge of just over 2.75"
OAL: 6.875"
Closed Length: 3.75"
I would like $485 OBO for it shipped to your door, no trades at this time. Please send PM or email to mbplitt@gmail.com. Thanks!
