MikeH, Mike H, Mike_H ?

A hog at the Busse booth at Blade struck up a conversation with me concerning recent correspondence with me about a knife deal. The only problem was that I knew nothing about it. He checked and it was in fact a Mike H. If it has a space it is not me! I am not spaced out, although my wife might dispute that. I am MikeH, the tall, gray-bearded old fart who has been on the forums since 2001.

As far as I know there was no intention to deceive. It caused confusion nontheless. Several years ago a Mike H came on the forums, and later graciously changed his forum name to avoid confusion.

Let me be clear, I am not implying any nefarious intention by the other party. I just post this notice in an attempt to avoid confusion.

You have it easy. I have the same name as a known knifemaker (see my sig line). At least he is a good guy by all accounts, and was cool the one time I met him.
