It is made of rubberized nylon construction, 16" x 9" double sack keeps out water and dirt and is M.O.L.L.E. and P.A.L.S. Pack Systems adaptable with plenty of buckles and straps to keep it strapped onto your belt, pack or deer stand.

**note** The above description was copy and pasted from an ad when I bought it. The pockets say 3" deep but you could easily stuff something almost twice that size in them. The material feels like canvas that has been dipped in silicone. Has a rubbery feel but flexes like a cloth material.
