Mil-Tac CS-1
- Very good condition. I'm the original owner. Never used. Never sharpened.
- Comes with a nylon sheath with a fairly tight fitting plastic liner.
- This is from an early run - second run I believe, and the blade is sterile - no markings.
- The handle is machined G10, I believe. The ridges are a bit sharp and might be a hot spot issue with heavy bare hand use. Though stainless screws are used, the handle is also glued. Some slight glue squeeze out can be seen on the top and bottom handle seams, also a bit in the screw areas.
- Overall length is 11-5/8".
- Blade steel is CPM S30V at Rockwell C of 58 to 60 according to Mil-Tac published specs.
- Blade, tip to handle along spine is 6-1/4". 1-1/2" at widest point.
- Sharpened blade is 5-3/4".
- Kind of a shiny tumbled finish. The pictures were taken on a cloudy, rainy day (apologies - ran around looking for the best light in the house) and don't show the finish all that well.
