This desperate, financially desperate older man knowingly and unscrupulously sold me via ebay a pair of counterfeited Fallkniven F-1 knives. This man is not to be trusted. I tried to resolve the issue between us as civilly as possible through phone calls but he was not cooperative and had the nerve to be spiteful and provocative in conversation repeatedly straying from the subject at hand. Peter and Eric Hjortberger, owners of Fallkniven AB both verified the counterfeit nature of the knives and this imbecile had the nerve to say their opinions did not matter and he's not honoring a refund no matter what resolutions are recommended. I do not know what his handle is here nor any other knife forum but if anyone knows who this guy is, please follow up with a comment to put an end to this criminals activities.

If you paid by paypal, file a claim as "Items not as described" and send them the correspondence from him and falkniven.

Karda,

I did exactly that and it's pending review by the fraud department people. Thanks for the further guidance. I'm very confident in the likely outcome of the matters but I hope the Hjortberger family finds justice and vindication against the filthy scum that are attempting to tarnish their family's legacy.

Thats to bad.. I was a victim in a similar crime regarding a Microtech knife a few years back. I was guilty of looking at the cheap price instead of asking the question why is the price so low. When my package came it was in a box that had the logo's and everything down to made in USA. These type of people a just bad news. Hope he gets kicked off ebay..But that is unlikely.

Good luck with your issue and I hope you can get even.

For the last few weeks, ePrey has been flooded with Hong Kong F-1 fakes. ePrey will, of course, do nothing despite Fallkniven's complaints. Talk about "scum."

Thanks Marko3, I'm working on it and will post the outcome and guidance if I can get the result I'm looking for.

PayPal should resolve it. If it's a fake, they will keep it and return your funds and scumbag is out of luck. I wonder what PayPal does with all the counterfeit goods it collects. It must have a warehouse full of fake Rolex watches, Louie Vuitton bags and Confederate Bowie knives by now.:)

The Hjortbergers want them destroyed and taken out of circulation which I'd imagine they'd do instead of paying to store such things. If anything, I'd like them to use the counterfeit pieces to further the case against the scoundrels that made them in the first place.

They sell then on alibaba

yeah, unfortunately ebay has never cared what is sold on their site (they say they do but they don't). i guess the safest thing to do is always make sure it is a reputable seller and cross your fingers.
