Tim-I played lacrosse in HS as well. Actually I was pretty darn good. Imagine an offensive and defensive football tackle playing crease defense. My goalie loved me. I soaked up 100mph shots and there weren't any goals scored from a crease attackman all year (senior-year). I'm talking Baltimore, MD suburb, so we played some good lax.
