I went ahead and bought a G10 version. I just cannot justify the extra price for a heavier knife with slick grips when my standard military has served me well for years.

I did go with the coated blade to change it up a bit.. We'll see how well that holds up to my heavy cutting tasks at work
 
I like to put together my own versions. Makes me want to carry and use them more.

I've had my eye on one of these for awhile now. If you scour hard enough, there's still a few dealers that have them in stock. If I could have it my way, I'd get one without the steal insert. The sound of steel locking up on Ti is an unforgettable sound.
 
I want a blue g10 Millie, but they sure are pricey, think I'll wind up with a satin digi cam instead
 
Plus I'd much prefer a frame lock over a compression lock on the millie. :D

Same here and that's a big reason I wanted one.

I ended up getting another g10 one but I'm probably going to buy one eventually and swap the non locking side for a g10 scale kinda like the M4 millie
