Hi Dex, my friend, and fellow "Military Men". Couldn't stay silent on this one. The Military is, without a doubt, still one of my all-time favorite knives.
My everyday work carry is my Simonich Talonite Cetan but when I just recently attended the Eugene, Ore. show guess what was clipped to my front pocket? Yep, my plain edged Military, (I also love my serrated version or "pocket chain saw"). These are two knives I will NEVER get rid of.
There's still magic when I flip out that big, flat ground, hunk of 440V. It cuts right now whatever I ask of it and holds an incredible edge. Makes me go "ah-h-h-h-h!"
