I ordered mine direct through Rick prior to a deployment. Very greateful for him allowing us to do so.
 
I recently ordered a 3.5" XM-18 directly through Rick a few weeks back for my son, who is a Paramedic here in the Buckeye State. Excellent service and I had the knife in ~2 weeks.
In a thank-you email I tried to weasel :o Rob to sell me an XM since it was my loins/wallet that created this paramedic:rolleyes:...but that didn't seem to work as I never got a reply:eek: Happily I found a 3" XM on the secondary market, so I am stoked about that, and it should be arriving today..:D

I very much appreciate it and I'm sure I speak for many many others.
 
So they do allow you to get them as gifts for qualified individuals? I'm the best man in my bud's wedding this weekend, and he's an EMT. I've been thinking about getting him a good knife for his work; right now he doesn't even carry one. Would I be able to order one for him, as long as I got him to show some ID to Rob/Rick?
 
I like to think of myself as a "first Responder" if the forsale section counts.:D
