military + loctite yes or no ?

except for the clip screws, which may require loctite, does the military need it or no on its other screws ? (design question)
stupid question, but i was curious about that.
i mean ive used loctite in many spydercos, i had delicas that had the pivot pin loose out of the box...
the military didnt, its still strong, no loose screws to this time
my question is about the design, which is a very thought one, by all its aspects, and i was wondering if thread adhesive requirement/non requirement is part of the design

I don't use it on my S30V Millie. Haven't had a problem so far.

It depends on how anal you are about pivot tension. I use red loctite on all my knives, because I like to keep them at that perfect balance between blade play and smooth opening.

Without loctite it's usually just a matter of snugging the pivot up every few months.

I wish I had on my Lum ZDP. Would have saved me a metric a$$ load of grief.
