Anyone else really like the overruns? Some of my favorite designs are from these.

Yeah I like them as well. The Tali-whacker is awesome! Nice set:thumbup:

They're nice! The handles on those kinda remind me of the handle on my muddy mojo variant.

I've got a BIBB. I love it. IMO it's one of the more underrated Busses out there.

I love mine. My downward spiral into Hogdom started that way with the Desert camo 6.

Then in no particular order;

And a serrated SMOGand a SAR.
I know I'm leaving out a few, but can't find pix right now.

What is that tan handled black crinkle recurve?

It reminds me of my Desert Recurve NO, another over run, but there were only 7 of the recurves and 14 of the PE's.

Good eye. According to Boss Hog at last year's BLADE, it's a "one of" in near NO size. It's my going to the grave blade. It's one of the few blades that's not TAN/TAN that I truly love.

How about a pic of yours?

Here's my Ripper. I believe it was a mil overrun too.

Fits perfect in a short Spec-Ops sheath. I need to get pics of that too...

This is my user/field knife. It's standing by for a trip to the sandbox.

It's VERY cool! What is the blade size?

No digi cam for me, but if you check out MikeH's collection in the Outlaw thread, he has 1 and of course, there is always BadMojo. Real nice shot there, "Desert Recurve Outlaw"

Really neat, the blade is narrower than a NO. but wider than a Satin Jack and with the butt grind just makes it perfect.

Of course, it's Tan/Tan.

Don't know if it should be called an "overrun", or not, but the top knife is one of a few that were made for evaluation by a military or law enforcement unit. This one got sold to a customer wanting a SH1 when it was the only one on hand. The reason for the abbreviated micarta is to provide room for a D-guard wire cutter, which I wish I also had.

The Buffalo Soldier is my all time favorite. Just feels really good and balanced in the hand. Next would be the ST-56 for the same reasons.

I always thought that would be a great skinner, if the edge was thinned down enough... Some don't like that much "point" in a skinner, but it just seems like that spine and choil would allow for so many comfortable options.

Great looking knife

It is an all around handy knife. Perfect usable size and yeah, I thought it would make a good skinner as soon as I picked it up. Haven't used it for this yet but I'm sure it would fit the bill. It just has a really good feel to it.

I'm pretty happy with this nameless overrun:

Of course that's after a little makeover courtesy of Ban.

He's going to give my user EU-17 Magnum a similar treatment.

p.s. it looks like my overrun is very similar to one of the knives from the "new line" that was introduced at Blade '02 or '03, except it has a pommel reminiscent of another photo-shy overrun knife.
