I have a 2002 PE 440 V and an older ATS-34 SE that I found at a garage sale for $1.00. It was lost by a friend trekking in Africa, and then returned after going missing for a few months! Sent back to Spyderco to be refurbished. It looks great and has the old style engraving on the blade.

I have two serrated, one with the old style engraving in ATS34, which I thought was stolen. Ended up finding it wedged in my reclining chair
about 3 years later. Other than some groves dug into the G-10 handle, it cleaned up just fine. The one I bought to replace it, is in CPM 440V, thinking about trading or selling one.
Great design and the best knife I have ever owned, can't wait for it to come out in a Compression Lock.
