should i buy a military with carbon fiber and s90v or one with digi camo s30v what do you think ?

All depends on your needs and preferences.
If you are collector, or prefer CF, or giving knives so heavy use, that S30V need to be sharpen daily or few times a day and will have no problem to sharpen S90V, than go for CF S90V Milly, otherwise S30V digicamo.

Most people will never push S90V hard enough to make it worth the extra money on performance alone. Is it worth the extra bucks just for the status? I don't know, because I'm one who appreciates the steel for its own merits.

I will say this, the S90V/CF Military was a sprint run, and the S30V/Digicam is still being produced. I'd say get the CF while you can and get the Digicam later.

Is the S90V really that much better of a steel then the S30V? I use my S30V Military for everything and end up touching it up about 2x a week.

If you can afford it go for the cf. There isn’t many chances to own S90V

I agree with this and the above.

The first Military I got was the CF/S90V sprint run and I didn't touch that thing up till I got my sharpmaker a couple of months later. Ran it down the flats of the fine ceramic and it was amazingly sharp.

I am a steel snob myself, so I will always choose the "better steel": get the Ti Millie in S110V (when it comes out...).

S90V Military is the best knife I've EVER owned... The edge retention is amazing, and I never noticed a whole lot of difference in touch-ups between it and most makers S30V... It's just perfect.
