Military VS ?

I am thinking about getting a Military.I've had a chance to handle a Police and a Para Military.I liked the solid feel of the Police but really liked the grip surface and light weight of the Para Military.I think I would like the slightly larger Military.I am sure the Military will be strong enough to do what I will do with it, but I don't see how it can be as strong as the Police.

Are there any other large thin Spyderco's I should research? I guess that is sort of a hard question to answer.I will use it for EDC and it must be thin like the Military or Police models.

If thin is the goal and weight is not an issue, check out the ATR. It has been discontinued, but it is still readily available. It is not as long as the Police or Military, but it is hell for stout. ;)
 
Get the Military you cant go wrong. If you dont like it you can trade it here or upgrade your membership and sell it.
 
I have taken two knives far beyond 'normal intended use': my Swiss Army One Handed Trekker and my Spyderco Military (BG42). Both have performed wonderfully. In fact, I even did some light prying on metal on an electrical faceplate with my milie. No problems. I don't think you'll be disappointed with a milie. Get one.
