I am considering buying a Military. S30v or D2. I would appreciate any opinions on both.

Had both, moved the S30v, no particular reason, just needed the funds
so when the D2 showed up on the scene, had to get it, love the new
colour and she is sharp, here are a few images of mine;
and it's edge is sharp and cuts deep, quickly, here's a straight on looksee at
the edge, you can see the flats of the blade leading up to the thumbhole;
BUT, either will do you well, I'm just biased on the new kid on the block

The D2 is a limited run, get it if you can. You can always pick up a S30v whenever.
