Are you planning to sell it?

you are making your living on other stolen designs not just busse. It looks like you can make a nice knife but why pass a STOLEN DESIGN off as your own?

Well I checked out your website and its obvious you are selling these knockoff knives. If you made them for your own personal use and satisfaction that is one thing, selling them is entirely different. There is no faster way to ruin your reputation on this forum than by selling fake Busses.

To be honest I dont care if its a copy of a design or not.. The blade is clearly stamped ALEX not Busse.

It clearly has Busse Combat's registered trademark on it as well... Doesn't matter what it's stamped with.

Trademark infringement would be if he copied a logo or name, which he did not.

What he's in danger of is either Copyright, or likely (if Busse has it registered) Design or Utility Patent infringement. (the Talon Hole use and positioning).

Looks like Busse has trademarked the hole in the guard just like Spyderco trademarked the spydie-hole. Spyderco licenses or otherwise permits some people to use it. I Busse did so here then I guess it's ok. Seems not very likely.

Seems to be quite a gap around one of those screw holes.

Now for the good news. It looks like a very nice knife...I certainly could not make such a thing. Clearly there was skill involved. You just gotta be careful posting derivative works on this website...everybody here is a critic and that's OK by me.

this guy seems like trouble to me.
all posts about his "new creations"
I wonder if he's the Italian equivalent of BudK

Im not buying......

At least his knife is comparable in quality to his PRC made watch:thumbdn::rolleyes:

the line of the knife is inspired by the busse
There are NO fakes or copies.
The knife is completely handmade by me and bears my signature.
