Last post July 13, last online August 8, no response to email August 25.
I think this bird has flown the coop. Took the money and ran.

Sorry, I hadn't checked this thread in awhile. I'll look to see if I still have the address.

Hate to read this....hope it somehow comes out allright....I doo have an ignorant question...the reason for the question is simply, I'm from the south and "mojo bags" have a meaning to me,,,Sir...what do they mean to you?? No offense intended.

Peace..God Bless

Maybe I should only deal with those who have been here ten years or more, but that doesn't seem fair to the new people.

Jason

I wouldn't think that going to that extreme is necessary. But obviously, you shouldn't trade with people with 0 feedback, no prior transactions on BFC, or established history elsewhere (other hobbyist forums, eBay, etc). Or, at least ask them to send their part of the bargain first.

Sorry you got burned.

He responded to my email to him ...not in a nice manner considering I was nice as possible as usual...here is the transcript....

"Again, I tried to unsubscribe/delete the account, but that's not my post or my account. Best of luck in your business. Please don't contact me again.

Because you have listed items for trade on Bladeforums some time ago and it is still up. If it is no longer valid then you might want to consider removing the post.

I do not know why I am getting these emails. I've tried to unsubscribe, but I have nothing to do with whatever business you're trying to do. Sorry.

I have possible neck knives to trade for the Camelbak as well as some other swag. I don't have a messenger bag to go with it but can help well with other cool stuff (I am a knife and tool maker). I wonder if this hawg you are offering is the larger 3L bag. Thanks!

(Thanks Esav, I figured it out already anyway , LOL...)

Mojo bag- model of bag from various gear makers as a sort of differing sized general gear bag with shoulder(s) straps....I spent time in Haiti....mojo bag means something different to me as well but I understood it...lol

In my case, I am returning here after a long absence. I was disappointed with my last foray here and ended up deleting the account after 2 weeks. I came here at that time at the urging of a friend and customer and when my wife was berated openly in a forum by a mod I closed the account. It was ugly and nasty and unnecessary. I have been on other sites like the AR15 forums for years with no problem and do some regular trading there. Here, there is a requirement for you to be a paying client and since I will not do that, I don't have any sale items or even trade up (shrug). I can certainly understand the concern for getting what you 'pay' for. There should be something we can do for those that abuse the trust of others in ADDITION to closing the account.
