Mill Out Shield Help

So I got this great older Northwoods Large Toothpick in jigged bone. Hated the jigging on it and turned it into a beautiful smooth bone. The original shield placement was not a good fit with the odd jigging.

I don't have the equipment to mill out a slot for the shield. So I am wondering who around here could?

Willing to pay for service and shipping and understand that there would probably be no absolute guarantee.
