It's been carried, used and Sharpened. It's .270 thou thick z-wear steel with optimal heat treatment.
It's an unbelievably stout knife that has possibly the best sheath system of any knife I've ever owned. It can be carried scout, drop leg, attached to things, inverted... You name it. Solid sheath system.
The drop leg leather attachment is removable. Actually the entire system is removable.
The knife is comfortable in any grip with or without gloves and provides unparalleled traction. Overall a bad ass knife.
