I was wondering if anyone here had ever gotten replacement back spacers for the s30v millie, I recently got my knife back from friend and the back hole on the spacer has stripped.

I think your best bet is to get in touch with Spyderco. I don't know if they'll actually send a backspacer to you, but I'd bet they could fix that pretty quick if you sent the knife to them.

Another possibility. You might be able to just fill the stripped hole with epoxy, then re-drill & tap it for the screw. I'm no expert in this regard, but it seems like that might work, IF you don't plan on removing & installing the screw too frequently. It'll probably strip out again eventually, if so.

I've asked Spyderco this very question in the past. Apparently, the specs on the Military back spacers varied from year to year, or maybe it was production run. Either way, they will not send you a back spacer......you're going to have to send your Military to Spyderco.

that seems like bs, why send an entire knife in when all you need is a spacer?

Among other reasons, because the part varies in specs from year to year and you can't just drop a part in the mail and have it fit correctly in the knife.
