It looks like the washer got pinched. If I were you, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Well I took it apart. One of the washers has some damage. I took some pictures, but my camera sucks. It looks like something was trying to go through the washer but the washer was not centered and therefore a small lip was formed.

You could smooth the washer right out with some high grit sandpaper. Then finish it off by polishing it on a strop. That's what I would do. Easily done.

But if you can't do that call Charlynn at customer service and she'll get you sorted out.

plus 1 on the link. Worked for both my orange and black millies. That washer should work itself out with a few dozen cycles. If you're like me that's about a week or so.
