Millit Max Evolution

That is interesting that they went with a liner lock design where the liners are essentially hidden inside of the handle scales except for right up by the locking surface where you operate the lock bar. That is very attractive to my eye. Halpern has also started producing their own house brand and both of those companies do very nice work on the OEM/private label side.

Sub-linerlocks are slowly starting to become more popular. I've always been a linerlock fan surrounded by framelock hype, but now that they are becoming increasingly popular I need to find a new lock system that isn't too mainstream:D

*sarcasm...kinda

Wonder how we could get a list of the companies who contract work to these guys

Millit is a high quality knife maker (students and former employees of CRK). They made my fabulous Koenig Zenaida.

Definitely an outfit to look out for with new designs and collaborations.

These Evolution have Todd Begg design hints.

I'm really happy that Jerry is getting some recognition for the amazing work he has been doing for so long.
He is a quality gentleman and a fantastic knifemaker.

"Hiding" the liner is to me one of the stylistic issues with some knives. If you are making say a damascus bladed folder with say an exotic natural handle material, damascus backspace, mosaic bolsters. etc., big stripes of anodized titanium are not alway appropriate decor.

You won't get it from folks like Miillit or Halpern unless the folks who contacted with them say it is okay. They have confidentiality agreements with some of their customers. You can see some of their work on their Facebook page. Millit's customers seem to be a bit more "chatty" in that regard.
