My Milwaukee 6230 portaband is acting funny. It has a rotary speed switch with numbers one through five. I have the trigger zip tied down and use a foot switch for momentary on/off. When I saw a bit on a low speed, say 1 or 2, it will stop after 5-10 seconds. If I then turn up the speed to 3 or 4, it will run again for a little bit. Any ideas on the cause? Maybe brushes, or the speed control?
