Purchased at the end of April it's been carried a couple of times and it's been used a couple of times, took the pics just before posting so they represent it's current condition, which if it isn't new it pretty darn close, the blade is still factory sharp which sometimes with Benchmade that doesn't mean much but I think this is the sharpest Benchmade out of the box that I've purchased. I think the blade slightly favors the show side when closed, I haven't messed with it and didn't notice it until I took the pics.
