Mini Axis Stryker!

Heck yeah I'm interested!

I promised myself I wouldn't buy any new knives this year though.

I do have a birthday coming up though lol

I completely missed any info on this one being released until KW put up the thread. It just seemed natural to pull the trigger:D

DUuuuude. They're out!?! I bought 3 new other Benchmades this week because a customer service representative said these wouldn't be around until April. Why???

Bummed about cash but still can't delay on ordering one of these. STRYKER!!:D:thumbup:

I have been excited about the 909 full size Stryker since they were announced.

If there's one more knife for me this year the 904 would be the ticket. That's nice looking and the scales are just different enough to make it interesting.

Funny, I was already thinking about aftermarket scales.

We campagined for this knife for years on the BMK Forum on the Benchmade site. We are all happy to see it happen. Looks like the satin bladed version in both sizes have hit the streets. I have an SBK version on pre-order, so I had to get the Mini ordered and hope it is here by weeks end. I have always loved he Stryker, and a version with the Axis would be great. Keep in mind the handle will be the handle on the Triage (which was basically close to the Stryker anyway) which has some subtle differences to the original, and of course it lacks the thumb disk in favor of the thumb stud. The latter bums me out a bit but you can't have it all. And the clip will be the never style clip. All in all I am pumped and can't wait to get one in hand.

I pre-ordered the mini from BladeHQ a few weeks ago. I hope it ships soon.

I agree with this Mark, (we) ran a strong campaign for these two models and now see the results. Proves they do listen to us. I'll take studs over the disk opener but that just proves the originals we own (Walker Liner Locks with the disk) are that much more valuable.

Is that the Triage clip you mean?

It looks like the Triage handle shape was a takeoff on the Stryker and now the new Stryker uses that modified handle shape. Yeah?

This certainly looks appealing. I'm not a big fan of pocket eating textured G10 and the price is a little steep but I may pick on up anyway.

One of my favorite knives I ever owned was a old Stryker. I lost it to the TSA several years ago. I'm very excited to get my hands one of these.

Hey guys just placed an order for this one. Looks to be a neat little knife, anyone else have an interest in this one.

I just ordered a full sized and a mini.

My original (non assisted, liner lock) Stryker spent a couple of years in my pocket before I foolishly sold it to a collector. It was a super "clean" knife, with excellent cutting edge to handle ratio.

I'm really looking forward to these, even though I really don't like the Axis lock.

Think we could get them to release the Ares and AFCK as regular production items? I completely missed the recent limited production run of Ares last year
