Mini Axis Stryker!

I am so with you I'm dying for an Ares! I posted in the WTB forum, but nobody wants to let them go and who could blame them?

There are tons of pic's on the FB page where many here picked up this knife.
 
Looks awesome. I refuse to buy at that price though. Have not bought anything else from BM since their price hike.

Side note: I just realized they ruined the clip on this one. So now since it's the "lowrider pattern" I can't put regular BM clips on it like the split arrow one or the original black oxide one. That blows.

My mini just came today and I am blown away with how nice it is. It is perfectly centered and I'm really diggin' the Axis lock. It opens and closes very smoothly. I will definitely be buying more Benchmades (and perhaps even the 909). I really like the deep carry clip on this one too. I'm curious to see how well the 154CM will stand up to corrosion living next to the ocean.

The only thing I can "complain" about is my blade says "First Production 288 of 750" but the box says "388/750 First Production". If that is my only gripe I can say it is a damn good knife.

I'm normally not a huge tanto fan but this knife is great. If you are on the fence I say go for it. :thumbup:

This clip is becoming more of the standard for them. I actually like it. Got a 531 yesterday and was disappointed by how high it rode in the pocket.
