Mini Bugout Orange quality issues

Hello,
First time poster. I recieved a mini bugout today and the orange grivory handle has some gray marks on it and appears to not be cleanly cut. It almost looks dirty in certain spots. Is this normal? I am debating if I should send it back. Thank you for your time
