Just finished up this little one today. I started it while I was at a buddy of mine, Dan Graves, place. I brought it home and finished up real quick and am pretty pleased about the end result. I am calling it the Mini Chef. The blade is 5.5" long of L6 steel at 0.087" on the spine. The blade has brute de forge style flats with a 800 grit Scotch-Brite satin on the bevels, perfect for a working knife. The handle is a tad over 4.5" and is made of polished brass bolsters and pins with a nice set of green linen micarta scales that really complement the color of the brass. The knife is mirror polished all the way around the profile to provide a nice soft feel in the hand. Edge is razor sharp and perfect for slicing and dicing and some light chopping as well. Overall length adds up to just a tab over 10", perfect for a go-to all around kitchen knife.
