Um, I'm aware I have to ship it off. But that doesn't change the fact the knife has failed. Completely. And it shouldn't being that It hasn't even barely been used. Its just very dissapointing.

Every one in this thread said the same thing for a reason.... its your best if not only option to get this fixed.
I totally understand how you feel and why but you have to realise even the best bakers still get a pubes in the bread.
Thats why people offer CS because nothing is ever 100%.
I even offered to pay postage for you to keep you happy so you would be out of nothing more than time, seems your more interested in just going round in circles.
You can send it in and get it fixed/replaced or just keep it as is and have a defective knife, the choice quite simple and its all yours :thumbup:
