Light use. Blade discoloration in photos are handling smudges. Edge and function are very good. Dyed the back spacer to more brownish and changed the black split arrow clip (included) to a Benchmade factory stonewashed deep carry clip (both improvements in my opinion). $175 PPFF shipped CONUS. Knock off $5 if you don’t want the DC clip or add $5 if you want G&S. FYI, might take me a few days to get to the post office. Great knife, I just can’t afford to keep them all!

It looks exactly like the font on my bugout s30v (which I bought directly from a reputable shop). It also performs the same.
 
Also note, on the picture with the butterfly logo, you can see that the flat portion is satin with vertical grind lines, and the tapering portion is stonewashed. I suspect that level of detail would be absent in a fake.

As far as i know theres no fake mini crooked rivers and the fakes have scales that arent flush w the bolsters …
 
I'm moreso looking for one with a black blade but I'll mull it over and get back to you when I make a decision🙏👍

Unfortunately the crooked river/crooked river mini are probably the second most cloned knife of all time after the bugout and some of them are getting scary close to the original. I was conned into buying one I thought was legit. The box looked good in the pictures, the foam casket inside the box looked good, the bag and toggle looked good, the laser etched logo looked good, etc... I bought some dragonfly one piece scales for it that are extremely precise and will only fit the authentic mini bug qnd to my surprised they fit on the clone as well I couldn't believe it. Once I receive the knife i knew right away it was a clone the foam was different, box was too glossy, label font was too small and too glossy, bag material was super stretchy, and the fit and finish on the bolsters was lacking to say the least. Itl also more difficult to judge when the blade has a black finish on it.

In the name of science I will attach some photos if you want to check it out (I swapped the scales out with one piece scales, then i bronzed the liners, axis bar lock, and spacer/stopper. After that and a tune it turned out GREAT. These bass tards are making it hard on a man to suss out a mini CR it's getting ridiculous. And there are no shortages of soulless a-holes trying to rip you off. It REALLY sucks. 😒

Guys, I am happy to send any requested photos (although it will be a couple days since I’m out of town at the moment). I can also compare the finish/texture of box, foam, bag, or anything else, if that helps. Also happy to prove (if anyone knows how…maybe references) that I am historically a legit seller here).
