It's made from 1/8" 1095 w/cherrywood handles

It may be below your requirements, but I just bought a Cold Steel Pendleton Mini Hunter. 3" blade of VG-1 steel.

Mine came razor sharp and I like the ergos. I will post a review if I can ever get my camera back from my wife. At $29, it is a bargain.

+1 DLT...greatselection of BRKT, nice folks to deal with, comparatively reasonable prices. I'd also consider the AG Russel deer hunter, just don't use it for a pry bar.
 
So I'm reading that the Bark River Mikro Canadian has a convex grind. Can I sharpen this with m Sharpmaker? If so, how easily?
