LNIB ~ it's had the deep carry pocket clip installed and carried 2-3 times. There are a couple of small chips in the finish on the top of the deep carry clip, otherwise in pristine condition. I didn't get a shot down the blade channel but it's pretty well centered - slightly off to one side I guess, but very far from rubbing. It just does not feel "right" in my hands.

I think I have the brand new standard clip as well as the little "axis" tag that goes under the clip when it comes from the box but I have been looking and I can't promise I can find them.

Box has some damage (visible in pictures)

That's always a tough one because it's pretty subjective. Personally, I'm really picky about blade play... I hand picked this one from about ten knives at REI and it was the tightest by far.. I've been playing with it for a few minutes to give my best assessment. in its current state of tension (easily flicks open and closed), I can feel some wobble if I grip the very tip of the blade and torque on it hard, but I think that's the handle flexing, because I can also feel it when the the pivot is tight enough to make the blade almost impossible to open. If I grip the middle of the blade, it's rock solid. Tell you what, if you buy it and are unhappy, send it back and I'll give you a refund.
