Mini-manix here to stay?????

I was curious if Sal or anyone else would comment on whether the mini-manix will be around for a while or will it be discontinued?

Sal said either here or over in the Spyderco factory forum when the rumors about the full size Manix started swirling around that they won't be discussing disco'd or much about new models until around October. Looks like we'll need to wait about another month or so to get the official word.

I hope the entire Manix line stays its course. It would be a terrible shame to lose either knife. Both knives rule its class.

man, I used my mini yesterday to cut through a 1 inch dry log. I was amazed at how great it felt chopping the wood. I was very careful not to cut on a bias but only straight on. A truly great knife.
