mini manix ORDERED!!!

I surfed on over to NGK, and even though I did not intend to actually order one, I ended up doing it anyway, somehow.

My Para is still number one, but I could not resist the Minix as well. Greed, plain & simple.....

Took one out of the box and stuck on the scales here in the Pharmacy, shows weight at 0.39 Pounds.

Ummm...that makes this knife 6.24 ounces, which is heavier than the regular Manix.


I hope that's not the same scale you use to weigh out drugs at the pharmacy...

No, its not a pre-order, Spyderco just likes to get the knives to their dealers before they update their website, thats all. I'd expect to see it up on Spyderco's site in about two or three weeks.

By the way, I lived in Nancy for a year when I was a child. I remember good old Place Stanislas very well. I went to ecole Jean Jaures for CM-1.

great! but you know, the old Place Stanislas changed a lot for few times! i think the UNESCO says now that it is the most beautiful european Place after this urban work! if one day you come back in Europe, specially in Nancy, i'll be pleased to be a guide for you.

MaryBeth from NGK's just took my order for my Mini Manix, 5:55pm EST Friday. Only 3 left. Mine being the plain edge. She's off tomorrow, so it will be mailed on Monday USPS Priority. Hope to have this bad boy to replace my Stretch on Wed or Thurs. at the latest. WOO HOO!
