Mini MUK?

I had to order one....just had to.

The mini would get more pocket time. Probably replace the Bad I edc.

For general kitchen use, I think the no choil, larger version will be more practical.
 
I ordered a couple because I have never had a nessmuk before and want to see firsthand how they perform in the woods. (Probably just like every other knife I haul into the woods, but I didn't let that stop me.) I am also a sucker for thinfi. I like this current trend especially in satin and zero edge. Yea, for me.

After how many hundreds of bumps on the MUK thread, and it turns out you can't afford one even at the very generous offer of $100 a month?

Not to be negative, but that's kind of annoying that you did that.

You posted 476 times in that thread to have the MUK made.

I would love to see a mini Muk offered sometime in the future, and a HOG Muk......and a MEGA Muk--10 to 14 inch long blade(slight change in shape). So on the wall would be hanging a MEGA, then a HOG, then the Anorexic, and then on the bottom, a mini. Ok ok, I'm already Mukd

No offense, but what the frak? Because of his and the others' efforts, those of us who want one can now have one.

Not that that I care about annoying you but for the record I held out using my shop credit for the MUK, that is until Jerry finally said it would not be available in this Ganza. So I ordered a BJLE since it is available, but then Jerry announced the MUK was in the ganza and my credit was used.
BTW, I posted over 3000 times in that thread.

Just seems like he was making a bunch of noise to be noticed, that's all.

I am glad they are being made, I'm buying one.

But come on Jaxx, he posted 3000 times demanding that Jerry make it, and when he finally does, "eh, I'll pass".

And a kick in the teeth while he is down? He said he would have bought one if it was the "mini".

That's pretty annoying by anyones standard.

I guess that my reading comprehension skills ain't what they used to be... Where on this thread does he say that? :confused:

I also don't consider MMIAM to be one of those types to just make noise to be noticed... I seem to always remember him being here as a positive contributor, good HOG, great guy... But that's just my opinion. Seems yours is...different.

Where did I say I would buy the Mini MUK now? Where did I say "I'll Pass"? I'll be buying what's available when I have funds (as already stated) or more trade with Garth and Jerry.
What's annoying is unresearched posts and accusations. I usually try to bite my tongue with people I disagree with, but your posts have the stink of trying to make me out as a bad person with no reason and little fact. Hopefully you can control yourself and butt out now.

Matteo, with all due respect, if someone doesnt have the money to buy one, they dont have the money to buy one. He already mentioned a few times that he had been holding on to a shop credit for the Muk.

Our culture is just so used to putting crap on a credit card and spending beyond their means, its pretty sad - thats, in essence, why this country took a nose dive and is in the financial shitter its currently in. Try to argue that one with me.

Good on mymindisamob for being responsible and sticking to his guns - you helped lead the charge and got us all a muk and that F'ing rules. (And I agree with you, if I had a choice I would have preferred an AD handle on the muk bc I think its the most comfy handle Busse has ever produced :thumbup:)

Well, this went sideways. My intent here wasn't to complain about the MUK or whine about the Mini not being available. I just simply wanted to point out that I want the MM and hope to get the MUK in the future. The OP followed an email to Jerry saying as much. I'm not a big buyer so I am sure my desire is not as influential as the big HOGs around here, but that's alright. I have some knives and I like using them. Jerry has made most of what I've had and my 2 faves that I have now. I will continue to get the ones I want when I can. Right now it is the MM and MUK. So that's all I was getting at. I am going to close this now so it doesn't draw any more negativity from others and make me show my a$$. Thanks to all those who had positive input and I hope you enjoy your very thin and affordable MUKs (just how it should be).:thumbup:
