How big is that guy?

As Sharp Eye said, it looks like it would make a mighty cool hiking knife.

If that is a walnut handle, it's the nicest walnut I have ever seen.

About 5 1/4" long overall, blade is 1 1/4" at it's widest point (convexed), handle is just shy of 3", made from 01 steel 3/32" thick. Handle is maple I lightly torched.

You torched it? Cool! I have a couple o' tomahawks that had that treatment.
