Not sure what to call it but resembles a small seax. Could also be thought of as an unrefined Sus Scrofa. It’s a custom, slightly hook shaped knife, made of 154CM steel, .25 inch thick, 10.5 inch OAL, 5.75 inch blade. Coco bolo scales held on with brass pins. Blade is a saber grind.

The knife was ground by Chris Bowles for one of his customers who then added the handles and made the sheath.

Very tough, heavy work, camp, hunting knife. Both knife and leather sheath are on the primitive side. No beauty contest winners but strong.

Sold!
