Mini snakewood chute knife

happy independence day weekend ! here is a just completed mini snakewood chute knife. 3 1/2" blade, 7 1/4" overall. mirror polished cpm-154 blade, heat treated by peters. tapered tang. guard is soldered and pinned. snakewood scales with thin blue liners. stainless guard and furniture. wickett & craig leather sheath. a bead was made with the extra handle material. video link below. thanks for looking.

John, I'm so glad to see this knife, I remember a couple years ago you made one in 1084, and I asked you if you would ever do them in stainless, and you said no at the time... glad to see this!
 
That's friggin' adorable! Would carry easy and be super handy:thumbsup:
 
thanks guys !!! bob loveless and harry archer invented this pattern for the paratroopers in vietnam. they got caught in trees quite a bit and needed a double edged blade to quickly cut through the parachute cord knots and strings.
 
John, this one looks kind of akin to the one you had at Ashokan a couple years, back, no? Pretty sweet!
