Mini Southard (Kevin Smock mod) - $OLD (Paypal and US shipping only)
This is a Spyderco Southard modification done by Kevin Smock. I purchased a Spyderco Southard, sent to Kevin for the mod, and worked with him on the specific version I wanted. I waited over 2 years for this knife, and it is sheer PERFECTION. Knife was never carried or cut anything, only fondled and admired by me.
Blade is perfectly centered. Lock-up is early. Action is incredibly smooth and can be flicked open with ease. Great ergos and sized perfectly for EDC!
Specs:
Blade steel: CTS-204P
Blade finish = Acid washed with satin flats and rounded spine
Blade style = modified sheepsfoot
Closed length = 3.9"
Blade length = 2.9"
Overall length (opened) = 6.8"
Handle material = Titanium, tumbled to give antique finish
Handle color = Bronze
Backspacer = Titanium with geared pattern and flamed
Overtravel stop tab = Titanium, flamed
Weight = 3.84oz
Overall, this is the nicest knife I have had the pleasure of owning in my lifetime, and I know I will regret letting this one go. It is THE PERFECT size for EDC.
First "I'll take it" by timestamp (followed by PM) with specifics gets it.
