Mini Southard - Who wants one?

I'd love to see a 2.5-3" Southard, but I'm not holding my breath. Right now, I'm patiently waiting for the Dice to hit the market.

I would rather they design an entirely new smaller flipper rather than just shrinking the southard.

It's the price of the Southard - not the size - that has kept me away.

I know what you mean about high priced folders. But Spyderco makes high value knives in general. The Southard is no exception. With its steel, apparent strength in a relatively compact package, and superb fit and finish, it arguably is the best knife Spyderco makes at any price. By the way, a 3 inch Southard would have a handle too small for me.
