Hello to All, I have here a cool little tanto style EDC I hope you will like. This little compound grind was difficult. If I had any hair left when I started on this knife its all pulled out now. lol.
The smaller and thinner the blade, the more difficult this type of grind gets.

Blade is CPM 154 .105 thick and 3. in. from tip to bolsters. O/A is 7 in. Heat treated with cryo quench and double tempered to 60-61 RC. I polish the blade then finish with 2000 grit. Top edge is not sharp but can easily be sharpened. Hollow and flat grinds.

Bolsters are CF held tight with .093 bronze welding rod.

Handle is some nice ironwood burl with custom brass and ruby red G10 pins, Thin red liners.

Sheath is hand tooled and hand stitched 8-9 ounce leather. I use the Loveless cam idea so the knife fits very secure yet is easy to withdraw.

Asking (sold) shipped in the USA. My paypal is warrencustomknives@yahoo.com Thank you all for looking. Alan

Yes , no doubt a tuff grind especially since you did both sides of the blade . Most would do a chisel grind to keep the hair on the head . Dang Alan , you must be bored . Don't do another , with the double digit temps at your home your head will get sunburned .

OH , outstanding workmanship my friend .

Awesome Job Allen, lots of work there!Very Cool.
And at .105" that took some serious concentration
If You keep this up your gonna have to get a hat:D

I've never been a huge fan of western tanto, but this blade... wow. It's stunning, everything about it is just absolutely beautiful. The sheath is incredibly good as well. I can definitely see this as an incredibly useful EDC, a wonderful piece of functional art. My hat is off to you sir!

Hey Alan, This is a beautiful knife... awesome work... I'll take it! Is there any any way you could go ahead and sharpen the top edge? Please let me know.
I would really appreciate it. PayPal is incoming.
