Here is another........Miniature Bead Blast Zebrawood Drop Point

This has been sitting up on my shelf for a while.... so I decided to finally post it.....

Some of the knives that I have posted recently are very similar and this would make a sweet second piece......

The blade is a flat ground glass bead blasted O-1 Tool Steel that has been edge quenched...

This is a functional knife that is a user.... The handles are stabilized Zebrawood and has three brass pins. I personally like the brass with this type of wood better than nickel...

The knife has a sweet distal taper and is stamped with my name....

This knife comes with either a neck sheath out of leather and will hang blade down or a right or left drop sheath.

Cost is $100 includes shipping in US... paypal add 7% or will take M.O.

The blade Measurements are:

Overall: 4 1/4"
Edge: 1 7/8"
Thick: 1/8"

nice. I bet gold boxelder or a nice burl would look great with damascus of some sort. I imagine it would make the knife a bit expensive tho. You have such nice lines in your work Mr Prentice.
 
Thanks very much..... and usuallly for a knife like this with similiar handle material.... Random or cable damascus... would be $150 with a burl

let me get a new job first and then we shall have to have one made!
 
I go through stages of different shapes... as a matter of fact, I am going to post some different blades real soon... Damascus also.

btw.... still available...
 
btw, I think this blade shape is an excellent shape for skinning. Gutted many of animals with a very similiar shape.

daniel i havent forgot ya lol, just been real busy lately. looking forward to checking out your damascus . im really gonna try soon to get down your way but work here has backed up . hows those secret folders coming ??? oops :D :cool: . hopefully soon :thumbup: or later . i wish i needed some nice fixed blades damn it, very tempting. oh i forgot i saw tim on saturday the 26 at knife show . i forgot to tell ya when we talked.

Still available..... I do a folder ever so often to take to a show..... we will see about putting one up in the near future.....
